Nuestro Sistema
Es un sistema de normas que establecen directrices que aseguran que los productos que se fabriquen para consumo y uso humano, se controlen y cumplan bajo estándares estrictos de calidad, garantizando su seguridad, eficacia y pureza. El objetivo es anular los riesgos para el consumidor cumpliendo las normativas de agencias sanitarias como la FDA o COFEPRIS, abarcando instalaciones, maquinarias y personal basándose en la conducta y documentación de control permanente de calidad.
Implica el control de procesos con personal entrenado y capacitado, mediante registros completos y precisos de cada paso, asegurando que estén estandarizados, controlados y registrados de manera fehaciente en resguardo de la calidad del producto terminado y el cumplimiento de los requisitos para su uso.
Se aplica en la industria farmacéutica, alimentaria, cosmética, química y de dispositivos médicos aunque también en otro tipo de industrias que requieran un control estricto de la asepsia de los ambientes donde se generan sus productos o se realizan análisis confiables libres de contaminación. Además del cumplimiento normativo la validación en GMP significa obtener la confianza del consumidor y el reconocimiento que facilita la comercialización.
